Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- To ensure a pleasant stay for you and to keep good relations with our neighbours and local council, please consider our house rules before booking:
- 1. All outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM (this includes decks, balconies spas & pools)
- 2. No loud music and/or loud activities which can disturb neighbours at any time.
- 3. Only the number of guests specified in your booking is allowed unless prior approval is given.
- 4. Please park in designated parking on the property. No parking on the street or on nature strips/sidewalks.
- If you have any questions or need clarification on any of the house rules before booking your stay, don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to assist you!

- 1. Absolutely no parties or unapproved gatherings at any time. Violators may face a $3000 penalty as per our terms.
- 2. Loud music cannot be played at any time to maintain good relations with neighbours. Fines may apply for disturbances.
- 3, If something breaks, let us know immediately so we can fix or replace it for future guests.
- 4. No "schoolies" bookings accepted. Please respect this policy.
