This beautifully decorated multi-level condo is located at The Meridian on 11th Street. This is a great place to stay for a vacation with family or friends. You can visit and hang out together on the second floor and have privacy with the split bedrooms on the first and third floors. The ground floor consists of a private master suite (BR1) with a king-size bed, wall mount TV and nightstands. The ensuite bathroom has a granite double vanity and a combination tile tub/shower unit.
A stairway leads up to the second floor to the living room, dining and kitchen area. This open layout allows guests and family members to interact while cooking, eating and watching TV and never miss out on the conversation or fun. Relax on the comfy seating in the living area with a large sectional that converts to a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV accent chairs, a sitting area for curling up and reading, cable and Wi-Fi. Enjoy your morning coffee in the ocean breeze from the balcony with outdoor seating. There is seating for six at the dining table with additional stools for four at the bar. The upscale kitchen has both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig, spacious granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances to complement your culinary skills. The laundry room is off of the kitchen with a washer, dryer, shelving for cleaning supplies and an area for hanging clothes. There is also a half bath conveniently located off of the living area.
Venture up the stairwell to the third floor which consists of two guest bedrooms and a bathroom. Guest bedroom #2 (BR2) has a queen-size bed, nightstands, bench at the foot of the bed, wall-mounted tv, closet for your beach attire, private door leading to a balcony where the views from the upper level are simply beautiful. and access to the shared bathroom. Guest bedroom #3 (BR3) has two double beds, a wall-mounted tv, a closet and access to the shared bathroom. The shared guest bathroom has a double granite vanity separated from the tub with tile trim and floors.
