Book your next family escape at this large home in town with a private heated pool, outdoor seating, wrap-around porch and ping pong table and only 0.9 miles to the beach. This home is brightly decorated with an island theme throughout. The living room has plenty of seating with a couch, chair, bench, TV, Wi-Fi and cable. The adjacent dining area has a large table with seating for six to savor freshly cooked meals or to play a game of cards. There is additional seating at the bar for 4. Try out your culinary skills in the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, flat surface cooktop, spacious granite countertops, both a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans and utensils. There is a wet bar in the hallway, convenient for making drinks for the kitchen or for taking out the back to the pool area. Also in the hallway is a half bath and full-size washer and dryer. The secluded downstairs guest bedroom (BR1) has a Queen bed, nightstand and TV. Venture upstairs for additional bedrooms. The master bedroom (BR2) has a King bed, nightstands, dresser, TV, closet, tufted bench at the foot of the bed and an accent chair in the corner for reading or relaxing. The ensuite bathroom has a stand-alone tile shower. Down the hall is a guest bedroom (BR3) with a Queen bed, nightstands, TV and desk. The bunk room (BR4) has a Full bed and a bunk bed with Full over Full. These two bedrooms have private vanities and share a pass-through stand-alone shower. Step out to the fenced backyard for more family fun. This oasis has a pool for floating or water games, an outdoor shower, ample outdoor seating for both absorbing the warmth of the sun or cooling off in the shade, a fire pit for smores and conversation, a grill for dinner and snacks and a mounted TV for keeping up with the sport of the season. Roll up the adjacent door and bring out your competitive nature in a game of ping pong. The wrap-around side and front porches are perfect for sipping your morning coffee and relishing the ocean breeze. There is parking for four vehicles in the driveway, which is to the side of the house. Stop to buy groceries along the way to Port A and you will never have to leave this private retreat.

Private Heated Pool. The pool can be heated for $50.00 per day and MUST be for the duration of your stay. Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied.
