This 3BR/2.5BA Port Aransas Townhome, located in The Commons at Seashell Drive, is the perfect island getaway. The living room serves as the social heart of this two-story home, complete with a new 65” flat-screen Smart TV ( **Please note, must log in with your own account to access Roku.**) and comfortable seating for six in the form of a sofa, a love seat with pull out twin bed sleeper and colorful accent chairs. The open kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, sleek granite countertops, and vibrant turquoise cabinetry. It is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, cookware and utensils for your culinary needs. Gather the group around the dining room table with seating for eight to enjoy a gourmet meal or game night. The home offers three bedrooms (all upstairs) and sleeps 7 total. The master bedroom (BR1) features a King-size bed and a 42” Roku-enabled Smart TV. The en-suite bathroom is a shower/tub combination. The second guest bedroom (BR2) boasts a queen-size bed and a 32” flat-screen Smart TV while the third bedroom (BR3) has a twin-over-twin bunk set with a 32’ smart tv as well. These two guest rooms share a bathroom that has a shower only. You can enjoy a day outdoors without ever having to leave the complex by utilizing The Commons’ large pool, picnic under a cabana after using one of the conveniently located grills, or just lounging in one of the hammocks. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a private washer/dryer, an outdoor shower and private seating area,and parking for two vehicles. The beach is just a 2-minute drive away.
