The Shipyard is a newly remodeled 2nd-story condo with a Nautical and beachscape theme and a color palette of ocean and sand throughout. Upon entering the large living area you have two plush and comfy couches, each converts into an extra bed (queen size and double bed) and a blue accent armchair. There is ample room for watching the wall-mounted TV with cable or just relaxing. Prepare meals in the open kitchen with spacious granite countertops, crisp white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a regular coffee maker, a toaster, and a toaster oven also stocked with dishes, basic cookware, and utensils for your culinary needs. The adjacent, round dining table has seating for six to enjoy meals or play a fun game of cards. There is additional seating for two at the bar. Take pleasure in sipping your morning coffee while sitting on the private balcony that faces the ship channel. The guest room (BR1) is in shades of blue and green and is furnished with a Twin over Full bunk bed, a Twin daybed with a Twin pull trundle, a nightstand, a wall-mounted TV, hooks on the wall for lightweight jackets and/or bags, and a closet for hanging up clothes. The full-hall bathroom has a large vanity with plenty of space for your toiletries and a tub/shower. For your convenience, the laundry room is located at the end of the hall with a full-size washer, dryer, and cabinet space for your detergent and cleaners. Retreat to the master bedroom (BR2), decorated in shades of green and tan, comprised of a king-size bed, nightstands, dresser, closet, and TV. The ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower which is separated from the expansive vanity so more than one person can use the area at once. There is a private secondary access to the laundry room from the master bathroom.
