Additionally, an office and a cozy TV room with a sofa bed, which also includes an ensuite bathroom, encircle a serene courtyard adorned with a gentle fountain. Other Things to Note: Small children should be supervised by adults at all times, adults are responsible for children’s safety. Child hazards include but are not limited to: Pool & jacuzzi with no gates. This villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 adults or 10 people if it’s a mix of adults and kids, making it perfect for families and groups. House Rules: * No Parties * No Bachelor / Bachelorette groups * No Groups under age of 25 years Remember, this property is dog-friendly (15lbs or smaller). If you intend to bring a dog, you must notify us upon arrival. An additional $250 USD cleaning fee (per dog) will apply without exception, and last-minute arriving pets will not be allowed on the property. As a result, there may be construction activities taking place during your stay. In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding. We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 500 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking. To avoid additional security deposit charges, this reservation includes damage protection. After confirmation, the Property Manager will provide a link to complete the one-time $50 fee.
