Upon entering this charming and well-appointed post & beam cabin, you’ll be greeted with the fresh scent of wood and an open floor plan. Gather around the floor-to-ceiling gas stone fireplace after making dinner in the gourmet kitchen (complete with gas range stove, double sink, built-in grill/griddle, ample counter space, and 2 different coffee makers) and eating together at the dining table that boasts a front row view of the sunset. Throughout the home, you’ll find large windows and skylights that offer plenty of natural light along with stunning views of the surrounding trees and mountain peaks.
On cool mornings and lazy afternoons when you’d rather enjoy the view outside, walk onto one of the two incredible decks. The newest deck triples the size of the original, and it provides the perfect place to take in the sounds and sights of the Lake Burnett Reservoir, while the second provides a shaded area to read your morning...

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
