Spread over 5 floors with 5 bedrooms, a bathroom, an en-suite, 2 shower rooms and an additional toilet, the house can accommodate up to 16 guests; it’s perfect for families and friends. The large, fully equipped , functional kitchen / dining room is ideal for big family brunches. There’s a cosy lounge with huge sofa, plus a peaceful courtyard.

This luxurious Regency townhouse really is the perfect home-from-home and excellent for big groups. Located just moments from the beach and minutes from the hustle and bustle of the city.
KITCHEN & DINING
The lower ground floor consists of a large, modern kitchen and dining area with plenty seating for all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay - there’s an oven and 6 burner hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TOSHIBA microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There’s also a wall mounted 42” Smart TV if you want to keep the children entertained.
LIVING ROOM
The living room on the ground floor is a great place to sit back, relax and put your feet up. With a large ‘U’ shaped sofa it’s great to snuggle up and watch your favourite show or a movie on the 42” Smart LCD TV.
SLEEPING
Just off the lounge is Bedroom One which has a double bed, that can be set up as 2 singles. Please request your preferred sleeping arrangement in advance of your arrival.
On the first floor you’ll find two further bedrooms - each designed to have a distinctive look and feel. Bedroom Two oozes opulence and has 2 sets of bunkbeds - both with doubles on the bottom and singles on top and features a vanity mirror with seating for 3 guests. There’s also a luxurious ensuite bathroom which has a sleek finish and walk-in shower.
Bedroom Three, with neutral tones and floral finishes, has a spacious king sized bed and set of single bunkbeds, there’s ample storage for all your clothes and belongings too.
Bedroom Four has a king sized bed and a set of single bunkbeds.
Located just off the hall is one of two modern family bathrooms one features a double walk-in shower and the other adjacent to this is fully tiled and features a contemporary white suite with bath.
On the third and final floor is Bedroom Five with a king sized bed and a single bed. With dual aspect windows the room is flooded with natural light.
BATH / SHOWER ROOMS
With a bathroom, an en-suite, two showers and an additional toilet, you can forget about arguments when it comes to getting ready. The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a double sink and there are rainfall showers in two of the shower rooms.
COURTYARD
The private and peaceful courtyard is a lovely quiet space to relax, read a book,enjoy a coffee or something a little stronger!
You will have access to the entire house during your stay.
PARKING:
Parking is notoriously difficult in Brighton. However we have access until the 31st December 2023 to a guaranteed off road parking space that’s 90 seconds from our front door. This space allows you to come and go as you please, always safe in the knowledge that it will be available when you return. Too many guests have spent ages looking for somewhere to park so we are delighted to be able to offer this great addition to your stay. The cost is £20 per night. There is paid, on street parking within a 5 minute walk of the house - but this is on a ’first come first served’ basis and finding a space can be literally impossible at times. The cost to park on the road for an overnight stay is approximately £20 and car parks can be even more. We strongly recommend you book the parking space to get your break off to the right start. Cars only - not available for vans or commercial vehicles.
BUSES & TAXIS
There are plenty of buses, taxis and Uber, but most of the city’s hidden gems can be reached and explored on foot, so you’re in the perfect spot. Where possible we always recommend coming by train as Brighton is so easy to travel around on foot or by bus.
WALKING
Brighton City centre is a short walk away through Kemptown or along the seafront. There are also regular buses into central Brighton from Upper St James’s Street or Madeira Drive.
TRAINS
Brighton train station is about one mile (20 minute walk) away with frequent trains to London Victoria and Kings Cross and beyond.
CYCLING
Bikes can be hired from many points around Brighton, with the Brighton Bike Share Scheme. There are many locations nearby where you can hire one. There is a fantastic cycle path which stretches all along the seafront from the iconic beach huts in Hove all the way past Brighton Beach and the cliffs at Saltdean.
- For group bookings all guests must be aged 25 or over please
- This is a residential street and there is a security night patrol to monitor behaviour and noise to ensure house rules are being followed and noise kept to a minimum after 10pm.
- A Noise Monitor is installed at the property. A £50 fine could be applied if the noise monitor will be activated from 10pm till 6am.
- The Fire Alarm System is routinely tested EVERY WEDNESDAY after 10am by Brighton Fire Alarms (this takes 2 minutes).
- Nespresso machine pods are not included.
You will be contacted after check-in by our partners at Consec Risk Management who are apart of the Airhost team. They will liaise with you to arrange for an appropriate time for quick briefing in relation to the house rules and regulations.

About the area
The Kemptown area of Brighton has a lovely community feel to it. With an array of eateries, bakeries, coffee shops and independent stores, it has always been a vibrant part of Brighton. A wonderful afternoon can be had simply strolling along the main street, stopping for coffee, browsing a book or antiques shop before heading down to the seafront. The house is pebbles throw from Brighton Pier
Just a short walk to the city centre and seconds from seafront, it is a wonderful location for any length of stay. The centre of Brighton with all it's amazing attractions including great shopping, restaurants bars, Brighton Pier, the i360, the Museum and Art Gallery are all close by too.
