The Neighborhood
It's walking distance (8-15 minutes depending on where you want to go) to all the hot spots in East Nashville, yet it's on a really quiet, safe, and private street. We are very close to this neighborhood and our neighbors. We lived in this house for 8 years and our neighbors were sad (and worried!) to see us go and turn our entire home into a rental home. Our neighborhood consists of young families with babies and families that have lived in their homes for over 40 years! We assured them we would vet our guests to ensure we only host to most respectful guests!

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
