Step inside the charming Spanish style living-dining area with terracotta flooring and a winding staircase leading to a spacious mezzanine level complete with twin beds, ensuite shower room and balcony overlooking the pool. Another two twins and a double bedroom can be found on the ground floor with the addition of ceiling fans to keep you cool and a separate bathroom to share. A large country style kitchen with wooden beams and warm yellow tones is kitted out with everything you will need and patio doors lead onto the covered terrace making al fresco dining a breeze.  </p> <p>As evening falls, why not meander down to sample the delights of the seafront restaurants at the sandy cove before finishing the evening with a delicious cocktail whilst the waves gently lap the shore. Fancy some entertainment? Head into the resort centre just fifteen minutes’ walk away for live music bars, a great choice of restaurants and play areas to keep the little ones amused. For those looking to soak up the culture, the islands old capital Ciutadella is a short bus ride away with winding cobbled streets, stunning architecture, a beautiful port and bustling markets. This property contains large gaps in the internal Staircase railings. Please ensure children remain supervised at all times. </p> <p> Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 7 steps. The front door has a width of 83cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 83cm wide. The path to the pool area is 100cm wide, whilst there are 3 steps down to the pool area. The pool also has a small lip edge. The terrace is tiled with a small lawn/shrub area. The bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor have a door width of 70cm. The door into the kitchen is 70cm wide, and the door into the lounge is 200cm wide. There are 16 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door is 110cm wide, and the ensuite door is 60cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.</p> <P> This resort is still developing and we have been notified of an active building work site within the vicinity. We don’t anticipate the works having a significant effect on the enjoyment of your holiday, however they are visible from some areas of the villa grounds. Working hours are anticipated to be 08:00 - 13:00 during this time noise may occur. Works can resume at 15:00 - 18:30 but noise restrictions are in place.
