Welcome to our brand new superb stylish deluxe condo 2BD/1Bath home in the heart of the city! With mesmerizing views from our private terrace patio of Istanbul you may enjoy the fresh air and scenic views! With an indoor/outdoor pool, tennis and basketball court. Our unit has fully equipped amenities to enjoy! With floor heating, A/C and a fully equipped kitchen this energetic condo is the perfect home away from home! Comes with WIFI and Netflix! Please respect the neighbors and members of staff in the building. Check out: 11am. Please note that the 5th guest would sleep on a sofa located in the living room. We will provide you the linen for the guest to be able to sleep Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $100 USD penalty charge. PLEASE NOTE: We require a standard deposit of $500 USD for each booking to cover any potential damages. If no damage occurs, we will release the deposit within 3 working days after your check-out, and it should be credited back to your account within 15 days of dispatch. If damages are found, we will deduct the repair costs from the deposit and address the issue as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible. Our customer service team will contact you before your arrival to provide the payment link for the security deposit Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations. In order to host guests at our homes we ask all guests to provide valid Passport ID’s in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions. Home Truths: - There is A/C in the living room and in the bedroom. - Baby crib and high chair will be provided upon request. - Pool, Turkish bath and gym hours may change. Please consult and notify us before visiting. - If you lose your key cards there will be a surcharge of $35usd. -The Residence’s Vale Service provides a luggage storage service as a third-party company. If you’re interested in using this service, please get in touch with them directly on-site. The entire condo unit and the buildings amenities is for your use during the selected confirmed dates. Our home is located in a gorgeous condo in prime location on the 26th floor. There is a supermarket downstairs, a restaurant and a dry cleaners. Comes with one free parking space. There is a garden, outdoor pool, outdoor tennis and basketball court available in the summers. Taxi’s can be found at the front of the building. Parking is also available. Close to all touristic attractions!
