Beach access is easy at 73 Grand Pavilion. Located in the core of Wild Dunes, a paved sidewalk is located just behind the home leading your family down to the beach. Within two minutes, you will be walking through the sea grass covered dunes leading you to a terrific sandy beach. Another 25 yards just down the beach you will discover the Boardwalk at the Grand Pavilion that features two oceanfront swimming pools, a beach café, beach bar, ice cream shop, beach shop, and live entertainment during prime seasons. The Boardwalk at the Grand Pavilion is a fantastic oasis and lots of fun. 73 Grand Pavilion is in the perfect location and just a few minute walk away from the Harbor Golf Course Pro Shop, shopping, an outdoor basketball court, children’s playground and several restaurants. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - From May-September, guests will need a pool card for Grand Pavilion pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the Grand Pavilion pools closest to the beach, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. *Parking Details:* - Parking for 3 cars. All cars must be in the driveway or garage. - To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival. ... Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
