Settle into a slice of Lowcountry charm where marina mornings, sandy afternoons, and salt-air evenings come standard. This three-bedroom, three-bath villa in Wild Dunes sits perched above the water with views that earn their keep — sailboats drifting through the harbor, anglers hauling in the day’s catch, and the community pool shimmering just below.
Each of the three bedrooms is a private retreat with its own ensuite bath and television. The primary suite stretches out with a king-size bed and those signature pool-and-marina views. A queen bed anchors the second bedroom, while the third sleeps a small crew with a queen plus a twin-over-twin bunk — purpose-built for cousins, kids, or whoever drew the short straw.
The covered outdoor living room is where afternoons unwind. Sink into the oversized chairs or stretch out on the sofa with a cold drink, watching the marina go about its business while the pool keeps the kids occupied. Two grilling stations sit poolside for cookouts that taste better with a view.
Beyond the villa, Wild Dunes opens up: two celebrated golf courses, miles of bike trails, a playground, and seasonal restaurants tucked throughout the resort. The wide Atlantic shoreline is a short stroll or quick ride away, and Isle of Palms County Park rounds out beach days with lifeguards and a playground of its own. Hop over the bridge for dinner on Sullivan’s Island — The Obstinate Daughter and The Longboard are local favorites — or make the 30-minute drive into historic downtown Charleston for cobblestone strolls, the City Market, and the rainbow rows of antebellum townhouses that put this region on the map. Two on-site parking spaces make coming and going easy.

• Fishing right off the docks at the marina!
