Welcome to this 4th row home off North Forest Beach, just steps to the ocean!
Upon arriving to the house there is a large driveway and carport with room for at least 4 vehicles. The front entry has a layered porch with plenty of seating and space to enjoy the pool deck. The 1st floor of the house has a warm open floor plan so everyone can be a part of the stay! The dining room is to the right of the entry and has seating for 8, in addition to barstools off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with an island and always allows the chef of the house to stay part of the conversation. The living room has large comfy couches and a flat-screen TV, perfect for catching the big game. Also on the main floor of the house are two of the bedrooms. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
