Exiting the dining room brings you back to the foyer and living room, which opens to the gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, granite countertops, and a granite island with countertop bar. The kitchen extends into a breakfast nook for additional seating. Opposite the kitchen and across the living room, is the media room, an ideal area to watch the big game with even more seating and a bar. The first floor also contains two out of the seven bedrooms. The first bedroom has two queen beds and a private en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom has a large king and private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and double sink vanity. From the main floor, you have access to a large back deck partially covered by the deck above, which gives you a break from the sun, but the extended deck allows for elevated sunbathing. From this deck, you can take the back steps down to the pool deck and back yard, which contains loungers and another covered seating area for poolside dining or grilling on the huge gas Weber. From the back deck, you can take the path to the beach, a true oceanfront experience from pool to ocean in seconds! Take the grand staircase to the second floor where you are greeted by the third living room. The remaining five bedrooms are located all around the living room along with exits to a small porch overlooking the road and a larger porch overlooking the ocean. The oceanfront third-floor deck is perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze, the best place to relax and have endless views of the Atlantic Ocean. The two ocean front bedrooms connect to this deck and each have King Beds. The other three bedrooms consist of another King and two more double Queen Bedrooms.
