Sleeping Arrangements The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Two bright bedrooms feature comfortable beds with fresh linens and plush pillows, while the living room offers a sofa bed and an additional folding bed for extra flexibility. Scandinavian design, large windows, and stylish furnishings create a warm, airy, and inviting environment: perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Copenhagen’s vibrant streets and attractions. Amenities & Comfort Cook your favourite meals from local Danish produce in the fully equipped kitchen, or enjoy the dining area as a cozy workspace. The modern bathroom includes a washer and dryer for convenience. Guests enjoy free WiFi, fresh towels and linens, and essential cooking and shower supplies. Parking & Charging Parking and charging stations in Copenhagen are always paid. Payment is available via on-street machines or parking apps such as EasyPark or ParkPark, with on-street parking rates starting at €6 per hour during peak times. Nearby carparks include Illum (Q-Park: approx. €7.6/hr) and Gammel Mønt (Jeudan Parking: approx. €8.6/hr). The nearest electric vehicle charging station is also located at Illum (approx. €0.75/kWh). You have the place to yourself. • From the airport: About 18 minutes total via the direct M2 Metro to Kongens Nytorv Station (13 min), and then an easy 5-minute walk. • Metro: All metro lines run from Kongens Nytorv Station, which is just a 5-minute stroll away. • Train: Nørreport Station is also one of Denmarks busiest train stations and trains depart frequently connecting with the rest of Denmark and other countries. • Bikes: Donkey Republic and Lime bikes are easy to find and use with their apps. • Shared rides: Bolt and Uber operate in the city. • Taxi: Always around, easy to hail, but not cheap. *You’re in the heart of Copenhagen, so some noise is to be expected. **2 additional guests sleep on 2 fold-out single beds, located in the living room. • Self check-in: You’ll receive all relevant information 2 days before your stay. • Luggage storage: We’re not able to store luggage in the apartment - we recommend using Luggage Hero. • No elevator: There is no elevator in this property. • CCTV cameras in the building - NOT inside the apartment. Interfering with the cameras will automatically result in the termination of your reservation. • No parties & smoking: Parties and smoking are not allowed. • Quiet hours: Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • Lost items: We are not responsible for personal items left behind in the apartment. • Pets: Pets under 10kg are allowed. If more, contact us before booking. ⚠️ Please note that if you book for only one day, we require the ID of the person making the booking. • No business use: Using the apartment for business activities, personal services, filming, photography, or any commercial purpose is not permitted. • Rule violations: Violating house rules will result in an additional fee of EUR 1,000 per violation.
