This condo sits on the fourth floor of Island Echos, a beachfront property with an outdoor pool, and a fitness center on its grounds. It’s a wonderful, central location for exploring the island, with Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, Wild Willy’s Adventure Zone, and the boardwalk and pier all within two miles.
One of the unique features of this beautifully-decorated condo is how the rear windows and glass doors capture the sunlight and views of the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. Slide the doors open to enjoy an alfresco meal on the waterfront balcony, or simply unwind in the comfort of central air-conditioning inside. The interior has a casual elegance about it, from the open kitchen with its lovely tile, stone, and stainless steel appliances to the breezy living room with ample seating and a cable TV.
Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and cable TV, including a primary suite that opens to the balcony. Of the bathrooms, one features a roll-in shower.
