This spacious detached house is perfect for a group of friends groups or a family. Situated on the outskirts of Rye in the village of Camber by Camber Sands beach, it sleeps up to 10 guests with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, including an ensuite in the master bedroom. There is a beautiful, landscaped garden area with a decked terrance. There’s plenty of private parking for up to 4 cars, including an electric car charging point all accessed via a private road and gated entrance.
RELAX, COOK & DINE...
You enter the house into the hallway which leads you to the bright and spacious open plan living and kitchen/dining area with glass bi-fold doors all the way across looking out to the private and beautiful landscaped garden. There’s a large, L-shaped velvet sofa and seating area in front of the large Smart TV (no terrestrial channels but most of the apps available).
The open plan style of the living space is really sociable with a dining table that seats 8 people. The kitchen with island has a dishwasher and absolutely everything you will need to cook up a delicious meal for everyone, including beautiful crockery, glasses etc. Plenty of tea, coffee, salt, pepper and cooking oil is provided. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the ground floor, each with a super comfortable king size bed plus a large, brand new bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and heated towel rail.
Plenty of fresh bed linen, towels and toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and soap - are provided in each bathroom for all guests.
ENTERTAINMENT...
Head upstairs to the entertainment/cinema room. Here you’ll find a large, comfortable sofa and plenty of cushions and beanbags making it the perfect space to chill out and relax in front of the fireplace whilst taking in the stunning views. Watch your favourite shows or movies on the projector that uses Google Chromecast and big screen or listen to music on the GoogleHome device.
TIME TO SLEEP...
The master bedroom with Smart TV has a modern and cosy feel so you snuggle up and watch your favourite movies after an exciting day of exploring the local area or after a day at the beach. There is also a large, newly refurbished ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and rainfall shower head.
Bedroom 4 on the first floor has a walk-in wardrobe with plenty of storage for your belongings. There is king size bed with a minimalist vanity rack.
Bedroom 5 is spacious and light and also features a low-to-the-ground comfortable king size bed with Scandi-style, minimalist modern decor.
Here there is another brand new family bathroom with a generously sized bath with shower.
The house has under floor heating and central heating for staying warm in winter. There is a Dyson fan for cooling down in summer - if required.
PRIVATE LANDSCAPED GARDEN
Access to the outdoor garden is through the large doors in the kitchen and living area where you will find the true gem of the property... a beautiful decked terrace and table and chairs for al fresco dining. Spend the day de-stressing and relaxing enjoying the outdoor space before an evening stroll along the sandy beach watching the sun set.
One small well behaved dog is welcome to join you too!

There is enough parking at the property for up to 4 cars, including an electric car charging point on the property.
There is a bus stop just a 5 minute walk from the house and the train station is a 10 minute drive from the house.
- The left section of the oven is not working but there is plenty of space on the right hand side.
- The house uses GoogleHome so there is some technology to use.
- Please request in advance if you wish to bring your dog.
- For Group bookings all guests must be aged 25 or over - thank you for your co-operation.
- Charcoal for the BBQ is not provided.
