The Neighborhood
There are a few nice cafés near the dunes at the beach, such as the Rye Bay Café, or even a cottage by the beach serving food and drinks but the best options can be found in Rye: here you can stop by The Fig for a casual lunch in a beautiful setting, at Hoof for some incredible burgers (veggie too) or The George for a fancy dinner. The area all around is rich in independent shops, art galleries and quirky finds. The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute walk and there are 2 convenience stores on the same road. The nearest pharmacy is in Rye. The house is just a 5-minute walk from Camber Sands beach and 10 minutes by car to the quaint town of Rye, rated one of the top 10 best towns in Europe. From here you can easily make the day trip to Canterbury or Eastbourne and visit the stunning Seven Sisters National Park. The wonderful Camber Castle is only a 12-minute drive. Camber is great if you love nature and activities: the beach offers kitesurfing during the summer months, horse riding, bird watching. You may even spot some seals and during low tide, you can even sometimes see a shipwreck! There is also a golf course and a lake nearby for water activities.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules

- Please be considerate to neighbours at all times.
- Please take your shoes off when inside the property.
- Please be considerate to As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times.

- Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour.
- NOISE & DISTURBANCE
- If there are any neighbour complaints and security patrol are called you are at risk of losing your entire deposit of £750 and possible eviction.
