The Neighborhood

Just seconds from the seafront in a quiet residential corner, this is a great location for a relaxing seaside break. The iconic St James Street of Kemptown, with all it’s shops, restaurants and independent bars on your doorstep. We particularly recommend Pizzaface for amazing takeaway pizza, the Real Patisserie for bread and pastry, Ground for the morning coffee fix, and the Black Dove for evening cocktails. The famous North Laine area just a 10-15minute walk away and is a hub of independent shops and eateries and an amazing spot for people watching. You can also explore The Lanes and get lost in the maze of winding streets, with its array of jewelry shops, cafes and pubs. The Brighton Centre is a easily walkable along the seafront, and just a little further along is the i360, which is worth a visit on a clear day with its stunning panoramic views of Brighton and the coast. The Cultural Quarter which boasts Brighton Pavilion, Brighton Dome, the Museum & Art Gallery, and the Theatre Royal is also just a 10 minute stroll from our flat.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • PetsAllowed:petStayForFree,Please take your shoes off when inside the property
  • As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times
  • Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge - If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25
  • Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour
  • There will be a fine of £150 for smoking indoors
  • Any sign of pets staying in the house will incur additional fees
