The apartment is located in a popular, vibrant part of town, close to the centre but a quieter area of Hove. The seafront and Hove Lawns are just seconds away! Charming, light & bright property with modern furnishings and a great space which has been lovingly redecorated throughout to a high standard. Car park available just 5 minute walk away. Shops, restaurants and Churchill Square shopping centre all located within walking distance. This apartment is light and airy with modern touches throughout. It’s newly decorated and refurbished so everything is pristine and guest ready. Entering the hallway with generous storage space, you first come to the bedroom with comfy king size bed, hotel style linen and contemporary decor. There’s a big free standing wardrobe with plenty of storage and hanging space for your personal items. The living room has a good sized sofa, relaxing armchair, TV for movie nights, and a dining table for two. Large bay windows flood in plenty of light and benefits from a relaxing window seat for winding down whilst reading a book - help yourself from the book shelf - or catching up on social media via the excellent Wifi. Off the living room you find the well presented kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal, as well as a microwave and washing machine, super handy for those longer stays. Please help yourself to tea, coffee, salt & pepper and cooking oil throughout your stay! At the end of the hallway is the modern bathroom with bath and shower over, white fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries and provided for all guests. A high chair and travel cot can be hired for £20 for the duration of your stay. Please request in advance. You will have the whole apartment to yourself for your stay. From the flat you can easily walk to most things you will want to see. TRAIN The Hove train station is 15 minutes’ away on foot or 5-10 mins by taxi depending on the traffic. BUS The nearest bus stop is just a 3 minutes’ walk away, in front of Hove Town Hall - there are frequent services running east to central Brighton, west out to Shoreham or head north to the Universities and Brighton train station. TAXIS There are plenty of taxis as well as Uber, but most of the city’s hidden gems can be reached and explored on foot. PARKING Parking can be notoriously difficult around Brighton and Hove and street parking can be expensive. Norton Road car park is a minutes walk away and offer day rates starting from £6.50 for 12 hours. Where possible we always recommend coming by train as Brighton and Hove is so easy to travel around on foot or by bus. CYCLING Bikes can be hired from many points around Brighton and Hove, with the Brighton Bike Share Scheme. There is a fantastic cycle path which stretches all along the seafront from the iconic beach huts in Hove all the way past Brighton Beach and the cliffs at Saltdean. Please note that there are steps down to the entrance.
