Seven Dials is a vibrant area of Brighton that's close to everything. Within a short stroll you will find the very best independent shops, restaurants and cafes in the quirky North Laine area of Brighton, you can also head to Churchill Square for shopping as well as Brighton's cultural highlights such as the Brighton Dome, Brighton Pavilion & Gardens and the Theatre Royal. Brighton Pier and the seafront are one mile/ten minutes walk away and you can easily venture to other areas of the city like Kemptown, Hove or Seven Dials.

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times
  • Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge - If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25

  • There will be a fine of £150 for smoking indoors
