This pretty cottage is tucked away down a pedestrian-only lane, near the beach. Centrally located 4 minutes walk from Brighton train station in the North Laine area; a vibrant area of independent shops, restaurants, pubs & cafes, it has 2 bedrooms (one double, the other 2 x singles or King to suit your preference). There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 4, modern bathroom and petite front garden patio. A homely and cosy house, perfect for couples, friends, families or professionals. This cottage is centrally located in the North Laine area of Brighton; a hub of independent shops, restaurants, pubs & cafes. With plenty of charm and character throughout including feature walls, vintage pieces, wooden floors and original beams, the house is the perfect place to stay for friends, families or professionals. OPEN PLAN LIVING & DINING AREA... The welcoming open plan living/dining area has a comfortable sofa and opens out onto the dining area with traditional wooden table, chairs and bench seating suitable for 4 guests. FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN... The fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher is next to the dining area, which makes it an ideal for cooking and entertaining. You are welcome to help yourself to tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and cooking oil as there are plenty provided for all guest stays. There is also a washing machine for guest use. In style the kitchen marries traditional and contemporary with a feature bare brick wall, wooden dresser, contemporary navy blue cupboards and rose gold handles. TWO BEDROOMS... On the first floor, there are two bedrooms both with plenty of fresh linen and towels. The master bedroom has a beautiful double bed complimented by the charm of the original ceiling beams. There’s also a velvet footstool and a desk / dressing table with chair. The second bedroom is a stylish room with hint of vintage and has 2 single beds (which can be joined together to form a King size bed - please request your preferred bed set up at least 48 hours prior to arrival) a wall mirror plus French doors that ensure plenty of natural light. INTERNET & OFFICE There is a desk in the bedroom & a bureau in the lounge which both have wifi and are perfect if you need to work! Equipped with desk monitor for your laptop or keyboard! Bonus: there is a Bluetoooth radio! BATHROOM... The contemporary bathroom has a walk-in shower, modern basin, toilet and heated towel rail. Plenty of guest toiletries and big towels are provided for your use. OUTSIDE SPACE... Petite front garden patio, with bistro table & chairs - Please feel free to use the board games! - Just across the road you will find the RCP secure car park, please check prices. - A travel cot and / or high chair can be hired for £20 each per stay - please request in advance. - One small dog is welcome to stay - please request in advance. Everything you will need and want during a stay in Brighton can be accessed easily and quickly on foot from this location. You’ll have the whole place to yourselves during your stay. TRAIN Brighton train station is less than half a mile/five minutes walk away with frequent trains to London Victoria and Kings Cross and beyond. BUSES & TAXIS There are plenty of buses, taxis and Uber, but most of the city’s hidden gems can be reached and explored on foot. PARKING There is an NCP car park directly across the street from the entrance to Frederick Gardens, next to Pure Gym on North Road. Alternatively it can be cheaper to park at Brighton train station which can be booked in advance through the Park Indigo app. BIKES Bikes can be hired from many points around Brighton, with the Brighton Bike Share Scheme. The nearest location is about a minutes walk away on Upper Gloucester Road/Surrey Street. There is a fantastic cycle path which stretches all along the seafront from the iconic beach huts in Hove all the way past Brighton Beach and the cliffs at Saltdean. - Bedroom 2 can be set up with either two single beds or one King size bed, please advise a minimum of 48hours prior to check-in. - For Group bookings all guests must be aged 25 or over - thank you for your co-operation. - We may be able to accommodate for an early check-in or late check-out for your stay but please check with us 24 hours in advance.
