Perched on one of the world’s most iconic coastal stretches, Villa Domus Franca simply has it all. Stunning interiors, mesmerising views across the water to Capri, and a private path to a shared pool (open from June 15 to September 15) and the glistening sea. Set on a private residence 200m from the sea, the villa is tucked away on the hillside, 2km from Massa Lubrense at the far tip of the Sorrento peninsula.
Access is via the upper floor, with the living space on the lower floor leading to a spacious shaded terrace with a dining table and outdoor kitchen. The barbecue is on a second terrace, part of an independent annex. But for true away-from-it-all vibes and the best views, head up the spiral staircase from the upper floor to the roof terrace sun loungers.
Inside, you’ll find sleek, contemporary interiors. On the lower floor, and leading on to the main dining terrace, the eye-catching living room is furnished with gleaming white wall units and an elegant sofa and armchair, with a streamlined kitchen set back in the corner. The kitchen is fully equipped for catering for 10 and features a large worktop that doubles up as a breakfast bar. An internal staircase connects the lower and upper floors.
To stay at Villa Domus Franca, it is necessary to have a car. You can park it in a reserved parking space. The parking space it is not suitable for big cars.

UPPER FLOOR. This is the entrance to the villa, with an internal spiral staircase that leads to the roof terrace.

Not included in the price, to be paid upon arrival:
• Tourist tax 3,00 euros per day per person for the first 7 nights. Children under 18 years do not pay.
• Damage deposit 500,00 euros
• Final cleaning 490,00 euros
• For arrivals between 8:00 PM to midnight a late arrival fee of 50,00 euros will be requested. For arrivals after midnight a 80,00 eros fee will be requested.

• Swimming pool – please note, there are 200 steps down to the pool, which is shared with guests from other villas on the residence. The pool is open from 15 June to 15 September, from 9am to 5pm.
• We recommend having a car to get around locally. There is 1 parking place, suitable for small to medium-sized cars.
• Breakfast (€15 per person/night) and other services can be organised for guests (pre-bookable).
• Most of the Sorrento peninsula is at its best in low season, and particularly in May, June or September. If you are planning to visit in July and August, it’s worth noting that while nearby
Sorrento and the towns of Amalfi and Positano are crowded in peak season, Massa Lubrense tends to be quieter.
