The main villa features a beautiful garden facing the sea where we find a relaxation area right on the beach, a beautiful covered veranda , also furnished with sofas and an outdoor dining area .
From the veranda there is access to a large and bright living room with sea view from which there is access to the fully attezzato kitchenette. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower , a second bedroom with two single beds that can possibly be coupled , a third double bedroom and a second bathroom with shower .A few steps lead to the entrance of the dependance that houses a bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with shower .The villa has ample parking .Air conditioning is present in only one bedroom while in the others there are electric fans .

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- You will need to inform the property in advance of your arrival time / No smoking / No parties-events allowed / Guests must respect the silence between 23:00 and 09:00 / Pets not allowed.
