The apartment is on a high floor of a mixed-use commercial and residential building, as such it is very safe and well-maintained. Our guests will have exclusive access to the whole apartment and shared amenities of the Sailing Tower, plus:

- Early Check-In and Late Check Out upon availability and with an additional fee
- For late-night and early-morning arrival guests, please let us know if you request a grocery service, and we will stock the fridge for you
