The spacious main level is where you’ll relax, cook, dine, work, play. It has it all, starting with beautiful living and dining areas with a three-sided gas fireplace dividing the two and a stunning mountain view. Grab a book and a cup of coffee and settle into a cozy corner off the dining area that looks out to the aspens surrounding the residence. Once dinner is served, guests can gather around the dining table that seats 8 guests and can expanded to accommodate 12. There’s also barstool seating for 4 more at the kitchen counter.
The gourmet kitchen is a culinary enthusiast’s dream. It features professional-grade stainless appliances, two ovens, a wet bar with wine refrigerator and plenty of prep space on the large island that literally glows with a back-lighted quartz countertop. There is also a propane grill on the deck just off the kitchen.
Get competitive at the pool table that converts to a ping pong table or sweat it out in the exercise room with a Peloton bike, rowing machine, yoga mats, and weights. Then head for the private hot tub on the deck for a relaxing soak. Or to the sauna to complete your personal wellness retreat. If you need to find a quiet oasis to get some remote work done, there’s a closed-door office with two desks and chairs, and two sets of dual monitors.
Also on this main level is a queen bedroom with luxurious ensuite bathroom.
The upper level is all about getting a blissful night’s sleep after an adventure-filled day. The primary king features a large ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, steam shower and separate soaking tub. There’s a split-king bedroom with an ensuite bath.
