The home sits on a quiet street and there is plenty of driveway parking available for 4 cars. There is also plenty of off street parking available and an oversize garage that is perfect for storing kayaks, paddle boards, beach gear, fishing poles, etc. A portion of the garage has been converted into a game room with a basketball game and ping pong table. A kayak is included for guest use! There is also a golf cart that is included in the rental for easy trips back and forth to the Gulf! Public beach access #37A is about a 8 minute walk or a very quick drive. Up the stairs, inside is a spacious layout with a large open living, kitchen, and dining area. There is plenty of room for the whole crew to comfortably relax. The fully equipped kitchen features updated stainless appliances, granite counters, a pantry, and bar seating for 4. The living room features a huge leather sectional facing a large smart TV. Down the hall you’ll find the primary suite with a gorgeous en suite bathroom. There is an additional king bedroom across the hall. Also on the second floor is the laundry closet and a full guest bath. Up the stairs on the top floor you’ll find two more bedrooms that share a full bathroom. Bring your pups along. This home can accommodate a maximum of 2 dogs with a combined weight up to 100lbs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $100 per dog. This fee will be added to the booking after the reservation is made. Any dog on the premises must be disclosed to management prior to your stay.
