Spend the evening on the swing with a glass of wine and the shade of the pergola, or sit amongst the French farmhouse decor that will make your time tucked into Boise’s foothills feel like you’ve escaped to a European holiday. The covered patio also offers a great spot to unwind and create fun memories with your loved ones. An outdoor dining table with an umbrella will be perfect for alfresco dining. Inside, this air-conditioned home away from home boasts a beautifully decorated open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The living room offers plenty of space for gathering and good conversation. The fully-equipped open kitchen boasts modern stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze along with a breakfast bar and a dining table. The primary bedroom on the first floor enjoys access to the patio, a walk-through en suite bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet. Attached to the closet is a laundry area with a washer/dryer and a sink. Please do not park in the street or block the neighbors driveways. There is parking for three vehicles in the driveway.
