If you are looking for a charming and peaceful home to create everlasting memories with your family and friends, then look no further than this two-story home away from home. This home is less than a mile from local hiking trails that lead you into the foothills trail system that makes Boise so proud! If you are looking for a meal out, you are only a few minutes’ drive to local eateries or Boise downtown where you will find superb food to enjoy. A list of must-visit attractions definitely includes Camel’s Back Park, Freak Alley Gallery, Kathryn Albertson Park, Morrison Center, Hillside to Hollow Reserve, Hulls Gulch/Camel’s Back Reserve, Zoo Boise, Boise Art Museum, and more.
Spend the evening on the swing with a glass of wine and the shade of the pergola, or sit amongst the French farmhouse decor that will make your time tucked into Boise’s foothills feel like you’ve escaped to a European holiday. The covered patio also offers a great spot to unwind and create fun memories with your loved ones. An outdoor dining table with an umbrella will be perfect for alfresco dining.
Inside, this air-conditioned home away from home boasts a beautifully decorated open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The living room offers plenty of space for gathering and good conversation. The fully-equipped open kitchen boasts modern stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze along with a breakfast bar and a dining table. A separate rec area enjoys a welcoming sofa and a large smart TV with streaming services to keep you entertained during your stay. The lofted area upstairs will be perfect for relaxing and even getting some work done thanks to the dedicated working station featuring a desk, desk chair, and printer.
Spacious bedrooms on both the top floor and bottom floor ensure that everyone will receive a good night’s sleep, ready for tomorrow’s adventures. The primary bedroom on the first floor enjoys access to the patio, a walk-through en suite bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet. Attached to the closet is a laundry area with a washer/dryer and a sink.
Please do not park in the street or block the neighbors driveways. There is parking for three vehicles in the driveway. There is no garage access or access to the pantry.
