Note: This villa is registered and certified for legal rental with the local authorities.
This Villa is located approximately 25 mins from the Denpasar Airport. We can organize transportation from the airport or anywhere else on the island. It is common for people to rent scooters in Bingin and we can also organize this for you. In addition, Gojek and Grab ride-hailing apps are very useful for getting inexpensive scooters and car taxis.
1. Check-in after 7 pm is charged 200,000 IDR paid by the arrival
2. Floating breakfast has to be requested 1-day in advance (Serve from 10 am)

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
