Beautiful two storey terraced house with sights to the sea in the beach of Puerto de Alcudia for 4-5 guests.
Outside, the two incredible terraces invite you to spend most time outdoors. The first terrace is at the entrance and in there you can have fantastic dinners or enjoy a delicous breakfast in the morning. At the second terrace, the sunbeds and sofas invite you to sunbathe under the warm Mallorcan sun until the sunset.
Once in the inside, the house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor there is a cosy living room equipped with air conditioning in which you can enjoy the satellite TV. The gas kitchen is well equipped to cook your best dishes. Finally there is a bathroom with a shower on this floor. On the first floor we find the 2 bedrooms. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
