If you are looking for peace and tranquility, a stylish space surrounded by beautiful things and a fantastic location in the restricted traffic area between the Florence Cathedral and the Uffizi, close to the extraordinary high fashion shops, cultural and artistic places, entertainment venues and the famous bars and restaurants, my apartment is just what you are looking for!
The apartment has 8 beds in total and is on the first floor of a historic building in the center a stone’s throw from the Duomo but no problem, you will not have to climb the stairs as it is served by a lift and in addition it is equipped with air conditioning in all its environments. I put all my attention to details, spaces, furnishings to make my apartment your ideal holiday home for your stay in Florence.

Attractions: With its incredible architecture, bridges, galleries, and museums, Florence is a gem in the heart of the Tuscan region. The Duomo section of the city is one of the oldest and most popular. This apartment is located in a pedestrian zone, just 5 minutes away on foot from Florence’s most famous symbol, the Piazza del Duomo. Equally close is the Uffizi, Italy’s greatest art gallery; Piazza della Signoria and Palazzo Vecchio, with so many of the world’s most famous statues and frescoes; and the oldest surviving bridge in Florence, the Ponte Vecchio, with its panoramic views. Orsanmichele, the ancient church, is also within easy walking distance, as is the abbey church, Badia Fiorentina. A little bit farther out is the gothic church of Santa Croce. There are elegant and smart shops nearby, where the famous fashion houses display their world-renowned wares. After shopping and sightseeing, treat yourself to a meal at the local trattorias and gourmand restaurants. Le Giubbe Rosse and Caruso Paskoski Bar Lounge are both very close. At guest disposal a house book with local info, maps, guides and reading books.

Medici Loft Suite is an apartment of about 110 square meters on one level.
The apartment is on the first floor of a historic building in the historic center of the city in Via dei Medici 2 but no problem, you will not have to climb the stairs as it is served by a lift and in addition it is equipped with air conditioning in all its rooms. I put all my attention to details, spaces, furnishings to make my apartment your ideal holiday home for your stay in Florence.
LIVING AREA
The living area consists of a large living room with a dining table to enjoy some intimate and private dinner, a comfortable three-seater sofa and two Florentine-style armchairs in the center, satellite TV, DVD player, and a large wooden dining table solid chest-decorated benches and chairs for 12 seats; a small staircase leads to a mezzanine decorated in wood with a sofa in Florentine embroidery which, if necessary, can become a sofa bed. In case you need to work during your stay here you will also find a comfortable study corner set up with a desk / desk, comfortable chair, table with printer, slippers for multi electrical outlets, cables and adapters, portable and folding laptop table that you can use for desk, bed, sofa or armchair, lamp with adjustable light and external monitor at your disposal. If you open the retractable glass door with typical Florentine decorations you will find the fully equipped kitchen fully equipped with a 4-burner hob, microwave oven, electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, American coffee machine and mocha coffee maker, griddle electric, dishes and utensils, electric kettle.
SLEEPING AREA
In the hallway that starts from the living room you can access the first of the three bedrooms which has two separate single beds 90x190 cm., Wardrobe drawer, bedside tables with light point and large tapestry, ideal for children. Next to the bedroom you will find the first bathroom with sanitary ware, sink, shower cubicle and hairdryer.
In the sleeping area you will find 2 double bedrooms with mezzanines furnished as delightful sitting rooms and wardrobes and the second bathroom with sanitary ware, sink, shower cubicle and hairdryer.
When you are at home, you will feel as if you are breathing and feeling the authentic Tuscan charm and dream style of this beautiful city, Florence.
Only 2 windows in the living room and kitchen are on via de ’Medici, the bedroom and bathroom windows are on a very quiet internal courtyard so you won’t be disturbed by noise and noise at night.
For the delivery of the keys I will be there personally or if it is not possible I will send one of my representatives who will show you the house in all its details and answer all your questions; I myself will always be at your disposal if you need it both before and during and after your stay for any need you may have.

PARKING AREA
the apartment does not have private parking but we have an agreement with a public garage which is located 600 meters from the house within the ZTL which offers rates from 28 to 30 euros per night depending on the type of car. If you choose this solution you can enter the limited traffic area directly with your car as the parking fee also includes the ticket.
if instead you want a cheaper solution you can choose one of the many public garages outside the limited traffic zone that offer rates between 12 and 15 euros per night and in this case, however, you cannot cross the threshold of the cameras with your car.

the bedroom windows overlook an internal courtyard and are therefore very quiet both during the day and at night and you are not disturbed by the noise of traffic or premises
