It is composed of a pretty living room of 60 m², equipped and fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of about 1000 m². The cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.This pretty house which is decorated with care is the ideal place for your holiday
"Ty-Voli" is managed by the agency Property Manager Vannes-Morbihan. You will be welcomed on
place by our teams. To start your stay, we provide you with some capsules of coffee, tea, wine
sugar, grocery kit oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, cleaning products... Free wi-fi.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
