The Space:
BEDROOMS
- There are 2 bedrooms - both on the first floor.
- Both bedrooms offer a variety of amenities including an AC, Wi-Fi access, TV, electric kettle, mini-fridge, separate seating areas and queen-sized beds.
- Both bedrooms overlook the pool and the lawn and have an ensuite bathroom.
- 2 extra foldable beds can be accommodated in each bedroom, on request.
BATHROOMS
- There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - 2 attached and 2 powder rooms.
- Both attached bathrooms have separate dressing areas, geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
- There is a dining room on the ground floor. It offers comfortable seating for up to 8 people.
- There is a beautiful 5,000 sq. ft lawn. It can seat up to 35 people.
- Next to the lawn, there is a basketball court and table tennis.
- There is a mini-golf course for the guests to enjoy.
- There is a private pool, 40x20 ft. in size and 3.5 to 6ft. in depth, along with a kids’ pool.
- The villa houses a 100-year old banyan tree with a seating capacity of 15 people.
- There is a natural pond with an artificial fountain and waterfall.
KITCHEN
- Guests may use the pantry to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, crockery and cutlery.
FOOD
- The chef can prepare all meals. Breakfast is complimentary. Lunch and dinner can be provided at an additional cost, on an a la carte basis.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.
ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk on the lawn and embrace its beauty. Guests can relish delectable elaborate meals whilst soaking in beautiful views. They can enjoy a friendly game of basketball, table tennis and mini-golf. They can also sit and relax around the 100-year old banyan tree.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Mini-golf can be played at an additional cost of Rs. 400 per person, per hour.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 800 per session for a duration of 3 hours.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- There is an in-house restaurant a few steps away from the property, however, it is temporarily shut.
- There is no living room on this property.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the exteriors of the house for security purposes.
- In case of a power outage, the 45KVA generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours.
- Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Airtel work fairly well here.
HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed post 10:30 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
