Three beautiful new houses next to the golf course. Each has a private heated pool, as well as access to the Punta Cala pools (one special for children). Beach 8 min away. Also, if you book for 14+ nights, you can purchase access to the Sports/Beach Club. We are located in an exclusive area within El Tigre, therefore we’ll send you a form that you must fill out and send along with the Ids so security staff at the gates knows you are our guests and lets you in.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
