External Living | Private Pool (Can be Heated with extra fee) & Outdoor Dining This captivating home boasts a 90m² outdoor sea-view area and is embellished with a private infinity 25m2 pool (1,40 depth) that can be heated with an extra fee, features a two-seater Spa Whirlpool, and also boasting premium sun-beds. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining next to the BBQ (Gas) under sunset skies. The veranda area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the Bali Bay scenes and watching the sun’s journey sinking into the Cretan Sea. An outdoor shower is also featured next to the pool area & there is a spacious parking spot at the entrance of the complex. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate luxury living and an unforgettable holiday experience. Outdoor Pool & Spa Whirlpool Heating Policy: - Pool & Spa Whirlpool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 79°F subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool & Spa Whirlpool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool & Spa Whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | $50/day - Booking Duration | Pool & Spa Whirlpool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 77°F or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
