The lodge sits on a hilltop that borders public land with hiking trails right out the back door that can have you lake side in 10 minutes. If you desire privacy and solitude for a weekend retreat the Luxe Lodge is perfect for you. The lodge is a 12 mile drive around the lake to downtown blue ridge.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,1. No parties or events allowed. 2. No Smoking or vaping allowed. 3. No pets allowed. 4. Do not use the premises for any illegal activity or bring illegal substances. 5. No unregistered guests allowed. 6. No hunting or discharging of any firearm. 7. Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms. 8. Quiet time begins at 11:00 PM. Please respect this noise curfew. 9. Check-out time is 10 am 10. Please take care of the furnishings. You must pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. 11. Please do not rearrange the furniture. 12. Please clean your dishes. Dishwasher pods are provided. 13. Always place the trash into tall kitchen trash bags and deposit it into the bearproof trashcan. Please be sure it is secure. Bears are in the area and an extra fee may be associated with cleaning resulting from not properly handling trash. 14. When leaving, turn out lights, set heat to 65 in winter months and set AC to 76 in summer months and be sure all doors are locked. You will need to exit through the front door with the keypad. Simply close the door and hit the lock symbol.
