McKennan Bungalow, Walk to Downtown, WIFI and Hulu

Located in the historical district of Sioux Falls, McKennan Bungalow is your home away from home. We want you to have everything you need for a comfortable stay as we are Australian and this is our American home when we are visiting family and friends, hence you’ll find little snippets of Australiana in every space. Located just moments to Downtown, McKennan Park and Avera Hospital, making this an easy and very central home base for the duration of your stay. McKennan Bungalow features a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. There is a desk by the front window too for anyone needing to work from home. Fast wifi and cable tv are included and there are two smart TVs. One in the main level and the other in the basement The two bedrooms on the main level are both Queen beds and share a bathroom with shower over the tub. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel is there for your use. In the kitchen there is a well equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine ( pods included) as well as tea and many pantry items for your use. Downstairs in the basement you’ll find a third bed ( double) and another living area and second bathroom. The laundry is also on this level. There is a table and chairs there for playing board or card games and a two person couch and smart tv. In the attic room ( available only for more than five guests or more booked)) you’ll find a queen bed, sitting area and a half bath. **Please note that the stairs to that room are very steep to the attic room so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. The location of this property is just perfect for anyone needing to be close to the very center of Downtown as the Phillips St shopping, cafe and restaurant precinct is just an 8 minute stroll. McKennan Park is a 2 minute walk where you’ll find tennis courts, a playground and an outdoor swimming pool. The Avera hospital is also close by. A 7 minute walk or a 2 minute drive making it ideal for travelling Nurses and Doctors. We have a very strict no party and no smoking/vaping policy. If you or anyone travelling with you are smokers, please do not book this house. Also for your information, a 50% deposit is payable on booking with the remaining amount due one week before your stay. access to the whole property except attic room which is only available when 5 or more guests booked.
