Located in the historical district of Sioux Falls, McKennan Bungalow is your home away from home. We want you to have everything you need for a comfortable stay as we are Australian and this is our American home when we are visiting family and friends, hence you’ll find little snippets of Australiana in every space.
Located just moments to Downtown, McKennan Park and Avera Hospital, making this an easy and very central home base for the duration of your stay.
McKennan Bungalow features a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. There is a desk by the front window too for anyone needing to work from home.
Fast wifi and cable tv are included and there are two smart TVs. One in the main level and the other in the basement
The two bedrooms on the main level are both Queen beds and share a bathroom with shower over the tub. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel is there for your use.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
