Welcome to this beautiful apartment with shared pool in Sant Joan d’Alacant. It can accommodate up to 5 guests.
Outside the apartment you will find a refreshing chlorine pool of 7mx5m and has a depth of 0.90 to 2 meters. There is also a pool for the little ones of 3mx5m. There is a lawn area where you can sunbathe or cool off in the outdoor shower. Please note that privacy is partial.
At the entrance to the apartment you will find a terrace with two tables and chairs where you can eat with your companions while enjoying the tranquility of the area. The interior offers a simple and cozy style. The dining room with air conditioning and TV is open to the gas kitchen that has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the apartment there are 3 bedrooms: the first one with double bed and closet, the second one with double bed and direct exit to a small terrace...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
