We allow pets but there is a $35/night per pet fee which we will request separately. Please be aware that lawn maintenance & hot tub company may stop by unannounced during your stay to service the yard, pick up trash, and Hot tub. If you’re planning to have an event during your stay, it’s important to get approval from us before booking. We’ll need to know the number of guests and cars, and there will be an additional event fee. There is a well-maintained gravel driveway to get to the house. Our home provides tons of space to spread out and relax! We own the neighboring property, which is also rented out and can be rented with this property if you’re looking for more space!
