The Boat dock features an amazing partially covered dock with a grill, smart TV, and lovely views of Lake Anna!! Sleeps up to 21, perfect for the multi-family getaway vacation. Stylishly decorated 7 BR / 5.5 Ba. masterfully designed and built home with a stunning boat dock! We allow pets but there is a $35/night per pet fee which we will request separately. Absolutely no cats. Absolutely no events, weddings or parties without approval. We do have exterior camera on the front of our house and boat dock for our guests safety. If you’re planning to have an event during your stay, it’s important to get approval from us before booking. We’ll need to know the number of guests and cars, and there will be an additional event fee. *Please note that a valid ID from the primary guest and a signed rental agreement are required to finalize your reservation. We’re happy to provide recommendations and answer any questions via email, text or messaging, but we give our guests full privacy during their stay.
