Welcome to 493 Luxury Suites Experience elevated comfort in this beautifully appointed second-floor suite, located in a historic building on Charleston’s iconic King Street—right above Sewing Down South, as seen on Southern Charm. Step inside to find a welcoming entryway that flows into the open-concept kitchen and living area. The spacious living room features cozy group seating, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and a 60” Smart TV loaded with today’s most popular streaming apps. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for everything from brewing your morning coffee to preparing a full meal. Both bedrooms offer plush king-sized beds and Smart TVs for added comfort. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite bath with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has easy access to the shared hallway bathroom, also featuring a shower/tub combo. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available in the unit. Parking Info A $20/day parking pass is available upon request. Please contact our concierge team at least 24 hours before your arrival with your name, suite number, vehicle details, and the number of days needed. Your pass will be waiting in your unit and allows access to our designated lot. Be sure to display it clearly, avoid personal spaces, and do not park along the Morris Brown AME Church fence. Unauthorized vehicles may be booted or towed at the owner’s expense. Permit Number: 004141 *Pet policy: Our home is not pet friendly but ADA service animals are always welcome. Please let us know before booking. *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival.
