HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.
WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the closet. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.
PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
BEDS: There are 3 "beds". Specifically defined as a King Bed, Folding twin bed, Queen air mattress and standard couch.
Checking in is simple and stress-free. A 24-hour concierge will greet you upon arrival, assist with check-in, and direct you to your unit.
For your convenience, the unit features keyless entry—no need to worry about keys. After check-in, you’ll also receive key fobs that allow you to freely enter and exit the building throughout your stay.
If you need anything at all—whether it’s a question, assistance, or feedback—we’re always available. For the fastest response, please contact us through the messenger, which guarantees your message is delivered right away.

Soft morning light filters across the 14th-floor skyline, bringing the outlines of Downtown Atlanta into view as the city begins to stir below. After a full day exploring landmarks or attending events, you return to a quiet space where thick walls soften the evening sounds and the cool season air feels crisp when you step outside onto the balcony. It’s a calm, central retreat designed to let you settle in, recharge, and enjoy the rhythm of the Hotel District at your doorstep.
The space
Set within historic Peachtree Towers, this renovated condo offers thoughtful details from floor to ceiling. LED lighting with dimming options lets you set the tone for early mornings or wind-down nights. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a touch-activated faucet, making everyday cooking feel easy whether you’re preparing dinner after a game or reheating leftovers from nearby restaurants. A walk-in, frameless glass shower adds comfort in the bathroom, while the in-unit washer and dryer provide rare convenience in a high-rise setting. A 50-inch TV with standard cable, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace support remote work, quiet evenings, or both.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom centers around a king mattress designed for restful nights after busy days around Downtown. For additional guests, the condo can be adapted with a folding twin, a queen air mattress, or the deep sofa, allowing up to four guests to stay comfortably without the space feeling crowded.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is set up for real use, giving you the flexibility to prepare meals at home or keep snacks on hand between outings. A dining table offers a relaxed place to plan the day or enjoy a slow breakfast before stepping out into the city.
Outdoor living
The private balcony provides a quiet spot to look out over the skyline. In the winter months, the cool air and clear views create a peaceful backdrop before heading to dinner, a show, or an event nearby.
Building and access
Elevator access, a private entrance for the unit, and self check-in with a smart lock make arrivals simple. Paid parking is available on and off the premises. Exterior security cameras monitor only the building’s common areas, elevators, and entry doors.
Amenities
You’ll have essentials like bed linens, towels, bathroom essentials, heating, air conditioning, ceiling fan, washer and dryer, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, kitchen, balcony, and housekeeping available at extra cost. A Pack ’n play/Travel crib is available upon request.
