In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the closet. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level. ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed. PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand. BEDS: There are 3 "beds". Specifically defined as a King Bed, Folding twin bed, Queen air mattress and standard couch. Checking in is simple and stress-free. A 24-hour concierge will greet you upon arrival, assist with check-in, and direct you to your unit. For your convenience, the unit features keyless entry—no need to worry about keys. After check-in, you’ll also receive key fobs that allow you to freely enter and exit the building throughout your stay.
