HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.
WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the closet. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.
PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
BEDS: There are 3 "beds". Specifically defined as a King Bed, Folding twin bed, Queen air mattress and standard couch.
Checking in is simple and stress-free. A 24-hour concierge will greet you upon arrival, assist with check-in, and direct you to your unit.
For your convenience, the unit features keyless entry—no need to worry about keys. After check-in, you’ll also receive key fobs that allow you to freely enter and exit the building throughout your stay.
If you need anything at all—whether it’s a question, assistance, or feedback—we’re always available. For the fastest response, please contact us through the messenger, which guarantees your message is delivered right away.

Morning light filters through the windows as the Downtown skyline comes into focus, and the city hums quietly below. After a day of meetings, games, or exploring Atlanta’s landmarks, you return to a calm retreat where thick walls soften the sounds of the city and the evening feels unhurried. In cooler months, the condo feels especially inviting - a comfortable place to unwind while the lights of the Hotel District glow outside.
The space
Located in the historic Peachtree Towers, this entire condo has been thoughtfully renovated from floor to ceiling. LED lighting with dimming options sets the mood, while stainless steel appliances and a touch-activated faucet anchor the kitchen for easy meals at home. The bathroom features a walk-in, frameless glass shower, and the in-unit washer and dryer add everyday convenience that’s rare in a high-rise setting. A 50-inch TV with standard cable, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace support both work and downtime.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom centers around a king mattress designed for restful nights after busy days downtown. For additional guests, the space can be adapted with a folding twin, a queen air mattress, or the deep sofa, allowing the condo to accommodate up to four guests without feeling crowded.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is set up for real use, whether you’re warming up leftovers from nearby restaurants or preparing a full meal. A dining table provides a comfortable place to gather, plan the day, or enjoy a slow breakfast before heading out.
Outdoor space
Step onto the private balcony or patio for a breath of fresh air. In winter, it’s a quiet spot to take in the skyline and reset before the next outing.
Building and access
The building offers elevator access and a private entrance for the unit. Self check-in with a smart lock keeps arrivals simple, and paid parking is available both on and off the premises. Exterior security cameras monitor common areas only, maintaining privacy inside the condo.
