This is a modern and spacious apartment providing ultimate comfort and luxury located above the historic Dean Village.
Only a short and scenic stroll to the city centre and 15 minutes walk along the beautiful ’Water of Leith’ to vibrant Stockbridge.

It is very close to all travel links including tram stop to go to/from the Airport, as well as all Edinburgh’s best shops, bars and restaurants.

Please note, the secure parking space is only suitable for small city cars and it won’t fit an SUV.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • We want you to have a fantastic stay, so we encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
  • - Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
  • - Dispose of rubbish appropriately
  • - Keep the property clean and tidy
  • - Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
  • - Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
  • - Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
  • - To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
  • - Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
