During our travels throughout Greece, we visited many towns and villages. However, it was in Corfu that we truly fell in love. The magical beaches and serene traditional villages captivated us from the start, and our visit to Pirgi village sealed the deal. It was love at first sight, and we knew this was where we wanted to build our villas and enjoy time with our family and guests.
Our three villas are situated in Pirgi, on the east side of Corfu, and boast a magnificent view of the sparkling Ionian Sea. We named them after our three beloved grandchildren, Clara, Lucas, and Thea, who hold a special place in our hearts.
The villas offer all the comforts one could desire for a relaxing yet thrilling vacation. Spacious balconies and expansive terraces complete the stunning landscape, providing visitors with breathtaking panoramic views.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
