Situated a mere 400 metres away from Talamanca bay lies this luxurious villa in Ses-Torres. Its prime location in a small-scale urbanisation allows for convenient access to both the beach and the charming village of Jesús, where you can find a multitude of amenities including supermarkets, restaurants, and banks. Additionally, Ibiza-town is just a stone’s throw away, with the city centre less than two kilometres from the villa.
Casa Kiwi, spread over three floors, boasts a contemporary design that exudes innovation and minimalism. The ground floor houses the open-plan living areas, which include a lounge, dining room, and a high-gloss white kitchen complete with a cooking island and top-of-the-line built-in appliances, featuring handle-less cabinets for a sleek and seamless finish. The living room is surrounded by sliding doors that flood the space with natural light.
A floating staircase leads to the upper floors, where three en-suite bedrooms can be found on the first floor, with the master bedroom featuring a private terrace that offers stunning views of the bay of Talamanca and the island of Formentera. The fourth bedroom and private gym can be found on the lower ground floor.
The villa also boasts several terraces on different levels, including a swimming pool surrounded by a terrace on the ground floor, and a spacious roof terrace on the top floor where you can enjoy al fresco dining.
The villa offers a range of sleeping arrangements including a master suite with a super king size bed, air conditioning, TV, large wardrobe space with a safe-box, and a private terrace with sea views, and three additional bedrooms each with air conditioning, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower; the villa is suitable for families, relaxation, honeymoons, couples, and summer holidays and features amenities such as a fitness room, laundry room, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, outdoor pool and jacuzzi, barbecue, and a roof terrace with a day bed and outdoor hot tub.
The house rules do not allow pets, but children are allowed, smoking is not permitted, events are not allowed, and the villa is wheelchair accessible; housekeeping is included and covers cleaning Monday to Friday for 2 hours per day, with an end-of-stay clean also included, the standard check-in time is 16:00, the standard check-out time is 10:00, and a security deposit of €3,000 is required.
