Guest also have access to the scenic lake front walking track, right in front of the apartment complex. Kitchen: Our fully and thoughtfully equipped kitchen with full size fridge enables our guests to create that delicious family feast in your home away from home. Location and proximity: Ideally located by the lake and within convenient proximity to all the happening, our guests are provided with a home away from home, views and scenic walking along the lake edge. - 6 minutes drive from airport. - 7 minutes drive to nearby supermarkets - 10 minutes drive from Queenstown CBD - 5 minutes drive to Frankton town shopping centre - 50 minutes scenic walk to Queenstown waterfront via lakeside trail. - 30 minutes drive to Remarkable Ski Area. - 25 minutes drive to Coronet Ski Area. Message from Ray: This unit has internal stairs used to access the garage and laundry from the main floor. External access to the front door, does not use stairs. Upon arrival, you will find your accommodation equipped with: - Professionally prepared quality linen and bedding - A fresh towel for each guest - Complimentary coffee, tea and milk - Quality bathroom toiletries such as body wash, shampoo and hair conditioner Your Host: We strive to ensure you have everything you need in order to have a comfortable, relaxing and carefree stay. Our team cleans and prepares your property between each stay to ensure our high standards are met and that you are welcomed into a warm, inviting and comfortable accommodation. Due to this, a cleaning fee is added to the booking price. We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However if you would like to arrange extra services during your stay, we invite you to contact us so we can advise costs and further discuss with you. Upon departure, please ensure the property is left in adequate condition and that the dishes are completed.
