One bedroom unit: This is accessed after walking 5 steps directly off the driveway and situated on one floor. It features a Bedroom with interconnecting walk-in wardrobe to the bathroom and spacious living room with well equipped kitchen, dining table and a spacious sofa. Upstairs is the three bedroom house is accessed externally by a flight of approx 20 steps. Inside the house we have the open plan kitchen, dining/lounge, large balcony with outdoor seating, ensuite bedroom, two additional bedrooms, laundry cupboard, ensuite bathroom and shared bathroom.
