Welcome to Our Beautiful Chateau-Style Home in Queenstown Spanning three split levels, this stunning chateau-style home provides ample space for families and is ideally located in a peaceful neighbourhood, just a short walk from Queenstown Centre. Our four-bedroom, two-bath retreat offers tranquil living, a touch of luxury, and a warm, welcoming host team dedicated to making your stay exceptional. Kitchen: Our fully equipped kitchen allows you to create delicious family feasts in your home away from home. It also features a wood burner, providing cozy warmth throughout the house during the winter months. Lounge: The lounge boasts an open fire, perfect for relaxing evenings. Bathroom: Enjoy quality amenities and consumables. Bedroom: Experience warm and comfortable bedrooms with quality bedding for a good night’s sleep. FLOOR PLAN Entrance: Access from the driveway includes two flights of 7-9 steps to the entrance with a key lockbox. Main Level: Enter directly into the dining and kitchen area. 5-6 steps lead to the sub-floored lounge with a private balcony deck, a master bedroom with ensuite, and another sublevel to an open loft bedroom (this space is open with a half balcony railing for privacy and no door from the lounge). Lower Level: 5-6 steps down from the kitchen are two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a private balcony deck. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES Storage: A lockable wooden bike shed at the rear of the property for storing bikes or larger items (please bring your own padlock for your own security). Ski Storage: There is a ski storage shed at the base of the house for your use. The key for this room will be in your lockbox. Firewood: A wood shed is located at the back of the property. If the fires are used, please ensure the wood box’s in the property are restocked upon departure. Parking: Parking is available at the property, with clearly signposted spaces for both the house and the flat. For your convenience, the house can accommodate two cars—one parked in front and one behind. The flat has its own designated - one parking spot as well, which is clearly signposted. LOCATION & PROMIXITY Quick access to Ben Lomond walking trail and local bike trails right on your doorstep (currently closed due to storm damage). 20 minutes drive from Queenstown International Airport. 8 minutes drive to nearby supermarkets. 4 minutes drive from Queenstown CBD. 20 minutes drive to Frankton Shopping Centre. 50 minutes drive to Remarkables Ski Area. 40 minutes drive to Coronet Ski Area. Upon Arrival Your accommodation will be equipped with: - Professionally prepared quality linen and bedding. - Fresh towels for each guest. - Complimentary coffee, tea, and milk. - Quality bathroom toiletries, including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Message from Ray: We want to inform you that the garage at the property is permanently locked and used for owner storage. Additionally, there is a one-bedroom flat situated on the ground floor, just to the right of the garage. This flat is occupied by a long-term tenant from Argentina. It has its own completely separate entrance and designated parking space, which is signposted. Please be assured that this flat and the main house are entirely private and independent of each other, ensuring that your stay will remain uninterrupted. We meticulously clean and prepare the property between each stay to meet our high standards, and a cleaning fee is included in the booking price. CHECK-OUT Upon Departure Please leave the property in adequate condition and ensure that dishes are washed, firewood is restocked in the wood basket and all game pieces are returned to their boxes (if used).
