Heating provided in every bedroom. Each bedroom is lake facing and offers the same stunning view. Single beds can be combined Floor Plan is as follows: This three story unit is accessed directly off a driveway onto it’s top floor (3rd). Internal stairs are used to access each of the levels, expect approx. 12-14 steps in between each floor. To access from carpark is via a 20 meter walk around the building on a incline driveway. Floor 3: entrance; lounge with balcony; kitchen and dining area Floor 2: Two bedrooms - one with own bathroom; shared bathroom and laundry. Floor 1: One bedroom. Parking: 2 x allocated uncovered park on shared driveway – passenger car only, no campervans or large vehicles Note: garage is reserved for the owner only.
